We should really start charging people who sleep over...

Remember 4th of July and the Oregonians we met up with in the District?

Well those hooligans are back.  Minus Katie.  Because she had responsibility on the Best Coast and couldn't join us.  But don't worry, Katie, you're missed.  By me, at least.  And that's all that counts.

So here was our Thursday, after the boys made it into town...

Obligatory walking picture...

Know where we're going yet?

Please tell me you guessed it...

 Bad picture, I know!

 Our Robin Scherbasky...(yes, he's Canadian)

 Answer: Snappers...Duh.

Friday was spent with Mr. Wookie and myself having to work.  But Mr. Wookie did only have a half-day, so at least the boys could hit the Links.  Too bad it takes almost 7 months to chance into these college reunions like this.  Boo, adulthood.  You're spoiling our fun.

But Saturday was a great day.  It started with waking up the boys to the smell of coffee.  And yoga mats.

Sleeping Visitor #1

 Sleeping Visitor #2

But what I was MOST excited about was having a buddy join for me for Sunrise Yoga.  Yay.

Collin, ready to take on Warrior III...

We were there early...because nobody puts Gingy in the corner...

Mat comparison. Mine is 74". And eco-friendly.  TWSS.

 Post hour session of yoga...

While it wasn't the hardest or easiest class ever, it was a great workout.  Collin was sweating profusely.  And my legs were wavering at the end of a severe Crescent Lung cycle.  I loved it.  I've only been back on the mat for 2 weeks now (I stayed off the mat during Half training), but I'm getting back my strength/flexibility/chi.  And it shows how much I missed it.  I'll try something different during the 8K training by sticking to the twice/week yoga schedule, as well as logging the baby miles needed to train for an 8K.

The boys reliving the dorm experience...

 Yes, hard-core gamers...

Who don't live in their parents' basement...

Who both have steady girlfriends...

So happy weekend from Mr. Friendly!  May you, too, bask in the sunlight.  Or heat lamp.  Either way.  This yellow-bellied slider doesn't judge.  As long as you don't forget to feed him.

We're off to Best Buy.  The boys need more testosterone.  Because they don't have enough between 3 males in a 700sqft apartment. Go figure...
